It was our great privilege to welcome to the School two great musicians on the same day, Musical Patron Heinrich Schiff and YMS alumnus Garfield Jackson.
This was the third occasion on which Heinrich Schiff has come to teach our pupils, but the first time that Garfield Jackson - professor at the Royal Academy of Music and viola player in the Endellion Quartet - has coached our pupils. We are very grateful to them both for giving us their time and expertise so willingly.
