Coco Tomita wowed audiences at the Eastbourne Symphony Orchestra’s Summer Concert at St Saviour’s Church on June 18. Coco was the winner of the ESO’s Young Musician Competition in 2016 and returned this year to perform Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto with the Orchestra. Eastbourne Herald’s Robin Gregory described Coco as a ‘world-class soloist…whose performance was able to combine romantic melody, total technical command, and joyous exuberance’.
