Congratulations to Claire Wells for winning 3rd Prize in the Mirecourt Violin Competition. As the competition is open to international violinists aged 26 years and younger, at 17, Claire was one of the youngest to earn a place in the Finals. She also won the Special Prize for best interpretation of a French sonata.
Claire was accompanied by Svitlana Kosenko, who was named as most outstanding pianist. Well done to both!
