Caroline Emery, our Head of Double Bass, has received a Special Recognition Award for Teaching from the International Society of Double Bassists. Every two years the ISB recognises those who have contributed their special skills, knowledge, projects and other positive works in furthering the ISB's mission to inspire, educate and connect.
Caroline is the first woman to receive the award, and all of her pupils and the rest of the school community are immensely proud of her accomplishment.
