Leavers Concert at Kings Place, Wednesday 15 March
You are invited to hear our graduating students perform pieces from Around the World in 80 Minutes, the forthcoming YMS recording on the Orchid Classics label. This special concert, taking place at King's Place in London, is a chance for our leavers to perform together in a celebratory concert at one of London's major concert halls and we would love to share the evening with as many of our valued supporters as possible.
Join them as they embark on a journey through Western classical music from Bach’s exquisitely-crafted (and very Germanic) Four Duets to Slide Stride, Mark Anthony Turnage’s exuberant homage to American composer and jazz pianist James P. Johnson.
The unique, family-like bond shared by our students will give this feel-good evening of chamber music an extra-special sparkle.
