Huge congratulations to Duru for winning First Prize in the Young Pianist of the North Competition. Forty-nine pianists from twenty-one countries were invited by the organisers to take part in this year's competition, which was open to participants aged 21 and under. She performed Franck: Prelude, Fugue et Variation Op18.
A fantastic achievement for Duru, who is just 15 years old.
