Zoë has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and senior management roles across the cultural sector, with expertise in high value and mixed model fundraising for arts and heritage organisations. She grew up at Dartington Hall in Devon, and after graduating with a combined arts degree her early career centred around the music business in London. She later ran an arts centre, founding a chamber music residency and a young artists series. After moving to Hampshire Zoë managed a classical music festival, counting notable YMS alumni among its featured performers. More recently she was Development Director of Winchester Cathedral, leading a £21m capital campaign, and was on the leadership team at Hampshire Cultural Trust, managing a portfolio of 20 museums and arts centres. Zoë has been a trustee for several arts organisations, and is currently a non-executive director of the Friends of Winchester Cathedral. She joined YMS in August 2026.
