We were delighted to return to the Foundling Museum in Bloomsbury yesterday for a lunchtime concert as part of their Young Artists Platform. This series is usually open only to post-graduate students, but the Museum has made an exception for us after hearing our pupils perform.

Rebecca, Kasina, Molly, Pendo, Ludwig and Lara performed a programme of Handel, Mozart and Schumann to an extremely appreciative audience, most of whom had never heard us perform. This is our fourth visit to the Foundling Museum, which

explores the history of the Foundling Hospital, the UK’s first children’s charity and first public art gallery. Their aim is to inspire adults and children to make a positive contribution to society, by celebrating the power of individuals and the arts to change lives. We think Yehudi would approve.
